Job Description:Candidate will be responsible to demonstrate high standards of leadership, integrity & amp amp ethical behavior Candidate will be responsible to lead and guide the team of Sales Managers, Executives & amp amp deliver the Sales objectives of the company Derive a route to market plan for each territory keeping in mind the sales dynamics of each region. Candidate will be responsible Monitor coverage objectives of the team and ensure efficient retail distribution by the same of the companys brands. Ensure presence across all channels of consumption and achieve leadership in distribution. Candidate will be responsible to provide on field/ class room training to newly inducted personnel helping manage assigned territory independently. Conduct periodic retail audit on off and on premises consumption patterns and recommend any course correction if required. Visit the top outlets of each SE territory during the process of on field training /market visits Convey the secondary sales volume objectives and retail inputs if any of the company to the members of the team as appropriate Identify opportunity for promotion which helps translate to high brand recall. Monitor trade expenses ensuring efficient returns per rupee spent Motivate and drive performance of the institution sales force and lead by example. Analyze and provide a feedback on all promotions from time to time with emphasis on post promotion sales delivery. Assist in ensuring high success rates on all direct calls.
