Job Description:1.Assist in developing and executing integrated marketing programs for new product launches and brand building. 2.To create and deploy Marketing strategies at Loyalty portfolio, segment and Company levels (as required) so as to achieve desired business results. 3.Strategic Planning - Services Marketing & amp amp CLM. 4.Market Research & amp amp Segmentation - People Management. 5.Coordinating with advertisement agencies. 6.Evaluating marketing budgets and assuring adherences. 7.Conceptualize the creative campaign, liaise with and brief the advertising agency as well as the appropriate media to ultimately ensure accurate, true and effective communication with the various markets. 8.Coordinate with external agencies for generating sales promotional material 9.Assist in planning and managing key internal and external corporate events. 10.Assist in delivering all marketing activities within the agreed budget. 11.Coordinate with agencies for planning & amp amp developing diverse media campaigns. 12.Decide on product launch parameters like positioning, price, channel plan, competitive. Assessment, feature requirement. 13.Pricing strategy, Competitive analysis & amp amp Channel incentives. 14.Own responsibility for the implementation of the marketing program to achieve time / cost / quality targets 15.Coordinate creation of Briefs for marketing agencies 16.Design each marketing project manage roll out of the project 17.Work with appropriate in-house / vendor teams for Database Marketing 18.Coordinate design, content & amp amp cost approvals from senior management 19.Manage day-to-day agency affairs 20.Cost Updates Budget vs. Spend: Monthly 21.Campaign Activity Updates: Weekly 22.Vendor & amp amp Media management 23.Strategic planning for launch of new projects and identifying potential market segments. 24.Making corporate presentations. 25.Formulating business plans and ensuring adherence to the same for achieving targets. 26.Driving Pre/ Post sales efforts including market research and trend analysis initiatives. 27.Market Analysis, taking initiatives for all possible branding and Sales promotional activities.
